The Five POPP Lanes
The five POPP lanes are programs offered by the Power of Peace Project, a non-profit organization founded by Kit Cummings. The five lanes target different areas where youth violence intervention is needed:
Schools, Juvenile courts, Juvenile Detention Centers, Law Enforcement, Faith-Based Community

The Five POPP Lanes
Protect the Dream, our flagship program, teaches participants how to design a dream, manifest it, and protect their dreams at all costs. In today’s world we need more young dreamers, and Protect the Dream based on Kit’s book, is raising up champions.

Protect the Dream in High Schools
Protect the Dream is a character and leadership development program for student-athletes designed to raise up positive role models in our hallways, classrooms, and communities

Protect the Dream in Juvenile Courts
Teens under court supervision for felony charges are chosen for our RISING program, a ten-month first-of-its-kind diversion program with the Cobb County Juvenile court

Protect the Dream in Juvenile Detention Centers
We partner with the GA Department of Juvenile Justice to help kids stay out of gangs, successfully re-enter society, get back in school, and stay out of jail

Protect the Dream with Law Enforcement
In partnership with Cobb County Police Department, we target apartment complexes that are underserved and have issues which require regular visits from officers

Protect the Dream for Faith-Based Organizations
Protect the Dream for faith-based organizations is a seven-week project that helps churches and individuals breakthrough obstacles and strongholds in their relationship with the God of their understanding
